Returns Policy

90-days to try Agloves on your own hands and screens.

Agloves offers a 90-day time period for you to try the Agloves on your hands and your screens. If the gloves do not satisfy you, return the gloves to us and we will refund your purchase price less shipping and handling. This return policy is designed to support our individual customers. Therefore, Agloves will honor no more than 5 returns from an individual customer.

Refunds

We will ship and refund as fast as we can within the constraints of banks and shipping companies. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, and you created an account with your order, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If you checked out as a guest when you placed your order, email us at info@agloves.com. Write RETURNS in the URL. We'll let you know where to ship the product.

Shipping Policy

Agloves offers FREE standard USPS shipping within the United States. We also offer expedited shipping options.

USPS is trackable, least expensive, delivers to your mailbox, generally takes 3-6 days to receive. Some packages have taken USPS up to 10 days for delivery.

FedEx is more expensive, and is trackable. They also commit to delivery dates. FedEx does NOT delivery on Saturdays.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on in its other details section near the reviews. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Authorized Resellers

Agloves are not for resale.  Bulk purchase orders must be approved by Jennifer Spencer, president.  Agloves sells to authorized resellers only.  To become an authorized reseller, contact Amy@Agloves.com.
